As you know, the OpenDBO project is amazing, but the developers focus mainly on the source code and don't provide official repacks. For those who aren't comfortable with compilers or just want to jump into the world of Dragon Ball Online quickly: I’m here to save the day!
I have personally built and compiled the latest OpenDBO source to provide you with a "Plug & Play" experience. Everything is included in the archive, including the original GitHub documentation (PDFs).

- Known Issues: Dojo seems to work but need more testing, and some minor bugs might persist.
How to Install (Step-by-Step)
- Requirement: Install MariaDB on your machine.
- Database Setup:* Set your MariaDB root password to: 123456 (Required for the server to connect).
- Open your favorite DB manager (like Navicat).
- Import the 3 SQL files located in: OPENDBO ----> Server ----> DboServer ----> Database.
- Launch:
- Run start_servers.bat.
- Launch the game using the Client shortcut.
- Within "dbo_acc," find "accounts," click "insert," and fill in a username and password.
- Generate an MD5 Hash for the password using MD5 Hash Generator, paste it next to "Password_hash," and click "Start" at the bottom.
- If you want GM permissions make sure to set admin and isgm to 10 in the accounts table and gamemaster to 10 in the characters tabel from the dbo_char database.
- Enjoy! You are now ready to play on your own local DBO server.
