Pienso que como es una version antigua lo mejor esque utilizes este:

Y con el otclient de aqui, lo abras de un lado e importes el protocolo 12.64 en el nuevo otclient ( no se como se hace, pero buscando seguramente lo encuentras )
A lo peor, buscar uno si hay por internet, no tengo el boost requerido para compilarlo.

There is no otclient 12.64/12.72. It was deleted by people on threads and on ethernet, it's why we create a forum because this, people removing everything and after is hard to get it.
So here the only solution is create your own 12.64 ( i dont know how , about packets ) or change server where you can find an otc working with this protocol version.
